Resource management and Quality-of-Service Provisioning in Cognitive Networks with Energy Harvesting

Cognitive radio networks are one of important technologies which alleviate the under-utilization of radio spectrum in most wireless systems. Energy harvesting is another important technology which provides a device to gather energy from its surroundings. The device could store the energy temporarily in the battery on the device. The device could use the energy to send and receive messages. In this project, we discuss data transmission under the cognitive radio networks with energy harvesting.
